In 2015, TomorrowWorld suffered from heavy rainfall on day two, leaving thousands of attendees stranded without transportation.
The ID&T festival’s parent company, SFX Entertainment, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Feb. 1 and is currently auctioning off its music streaming/download platform, Beatport.
TomorrowWorld spokesperson Debby Wilmsen told Atlanta Business Chronicle that “the festival will have a bright future in the United States,” adding that Tomorrowland’s Belgium and Brazil destination will continue running as normal.
